As much as we love animals, we unfortunately have a strict policy of no pets. Our high hygiene standards and pets don’t mix, and we try to ensure that all guests are happy within our property, so we feel this rule keeps everyone satisfied.

We have a strict policy of no smoking or vaping in the house. This is enforced and in place for the benefit of all guests ensuring a happy and safe stay with us. Smoking is allowed outside of the property, if you use the ashtray and dispose of your cigarettes afterward.

Unregistered guests are not allowed. Please notify the Property Manager if you’d like to add any additional guests to your rental agreement, provided that the total number of guests and visitors does not exceed the total occupancy of the villa (10 people).

No, the saltwater pool is a summer pool. Lake Maggiore’s mild weather allows to enjoy it from May to September.

Yes, we require a 7 night minimum, from Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in time is from 3:00PM to 6:00PM, and check out time is between 8:00AM and 10:00AM, unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.
